REFUND POLICY

Please read the refund policy for MyContractorMatch.com membership subscription.

To cancel your service membership, please submit your cancellation notice in writing within 28 days prior to the next service membership billing date - refunds are only available after the first 90 days of service. Any cancellation within the first year, a $129 administrative service fee will assessed from any REFUND amount, this fee is attributed to compliance and certification services.

Any refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the organization management. These will normally be made via the same method used initially for payment or as may otherwise be agreed. Refunds are payable within 28 days of purchase only unless stated otherwise on the relevant product or service page.

To safeguard you and prevent fraudulent claims and improve security, requests for a refund are reviewed on an individual basis, and only after a refund questionnaire has been fully completed. To request a refund questionnaire, contact Refunds@MyContractorMatch.com.


The “Contract” defined
A contract does not exist between MyContractorMatch.com and any other party until we have taken cleared payment for the services and/or goods offered.

Payment Options, fee and prices
Our payment processing service accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not currently accept payments for services or products using cheques/checks.

Any physical or electronic goods will be sent to you only after full payment has been received. Due to the additional administration involved, we are currently unable to accept any other forms of payment.

All charges for goods and service shall be those ruling on the date of your order. Fees and prices are those shown and may be subject to change without notice and include Added Tax if, and where this is applicable.

Secure Credit Card Payment
For you added security and peace of mind, MyContractorMatch.com uses the AuthorizeNet merchant services to process payments. They provide high security servers to encrypt and process online credit card details securely while you make payments online.

Guarantees
All guarantees other than our MyContractorMatch.com membership guarantee are listed within the term of service agreement. The MyContractorMatch.com guarantee requires that the paid Member remain active for a one-year term and has faithfully and diligently has followed up on all accepted leads and corresponded to the lead in a business and professional manner. During the period if the paid Member does not generated any income equal to their annual membership fee, upon verification as outlined above, MyContractorMatch.com will them provide member with an additional one year term (permit data plan is excluded from this guarantee.)

Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.
